Eight years ago my husband and I bought our first cellphones from The Mobile Shop. We got great service then so we went back recently to upgrade our phone and change our plan. We went in with one idea of a phone/plan combination, and were shown a few other options. As a result, we ended up with a better phone at a great price and a plan that is cheaper and suites our needs perfectly. Inshar was very helpful and patient. In fact, everyone we dealt with was great. I highly recommend this location of The Mobile Shop.

I have been going to the mobile shop for over 2 years now and they are always my number one choice when Im looking to upgrade my phone. Over boxing week, I assumed there would be tons of deals and I received outstanding customer service - as per usual, along with my new upgrade. These guys really know how to deliver value to their customers and I would recommend this shop to anyone looking to get information on anything related to their devices. They offer unmatchable warranty on accessories including screen protectors and are always looking to go above and beyond expectations. Truly a 10/10 experience every time!
