I watched the car in front of me get some one else's coffee and then watched the girl take the coffee back in the window and put it down. Sure enough she hands me this coffee, I asked her isn't this the coffee you just handed out the window to the other car". Her ply was " no"

Not really wheelchair/scooter friendly: a single ramp on a narrow sidewalk, and the automatic door button doesn't open the door to exit the store (longstanding issue here). The lady that helped me was super patient and nice (had a bad pain night and hadn't slept), so I gave service two stars. The menu is moving items on monitors, hard to deal with. Got a breakfast sandwich for the first and last time; I wasn't prepared for the eggshells. Ugh. Still, I was starving since I hadn't eaten the night before, so I ate it. I might never eat another bacon egger from anywhere after this.Sorely disappointed, will not frequent another Tim's again, ever.

They are not like before. Like, they mix up orders more often now and doesn't show gesture. I don't like that. Some donuts taste weird... super sweet.Need some more variet on spicy choices.

Was okay. Order was accurate and wait time was not too long. The food itself was not fantastic tho. Bagel was dry and the hash browns felt/tasted old or something strange.

We went in to the store. There were too few staff on counter..only one that seemed overwhelmed. Almost all staff concentrated on drive through and ignored the 5 customers in line in store. I like getting up out of my truck to get continuous exercise..so it's my choice...but even when the drive through is largely backed up it is faster as in store customers are second priority...at least this night.
