pemberton towing

Vehicle was towed there and we came to pick it up on a Saturday after driving 2.5 hours to get it. Called them because no one was in the office and they told us that we couldn't pick it up until after 6pm. I think it was just because they wanted another day added on to the bill.

We were visiting the Birkenhead Lake area in our RV when we turned too sharp and got stuck in the ditch. There was no way getting it out ourselves. We called and they sent out Dan. He took his time and made sure that no other damage would be done. I appreciate the time he took to care for our home!!

Recently my family and I were lucky enough to get 2 flat tires coming from Gold Bridge across the Hurley. For the first, luckily we had a spare to get us into Pemberton Meadows. For the second, our spare - the second flat, we realized as we turned onto the main street in Pemberton. We were out of tires and stuck with our 2 little kids on a Sunday evening after a long drive back from the Northern Interior.We called Pemberton Towing, and while they weren't open on a Sunday evening, miraculously they answered. Off shift in the area, the owner/operator took time out of his Sunday to come check the tire to see if he could help. Directing us to the local gas station and finding the puncture wound in the tire, he quickly found a patch kit in a nearby store and had us back on the road in less than 15 minutes. Honestly, he is an absolute saint, willing to help in our time of need. We probably would have been waiting in Pemberton for hours for another tow truck or overnight until we could sort out another option. We were incredibly fortunate to have such a generous and knowledgeable person available just in time. I highly recommend Pemberton Towing and hope I only end up on the side of the road on our adventures in Pemberton, because I know Pemberton Towing have us covered. Thank you again!

Awesome service! Really helped us out when our radiator pipe had blown off. Towed us back to Pemberton, helped us with the car and make sure it was alright before we drove off. Also topped up our brake fluid and checked our tire pressure for us! A true pemberton local legend.

Dave came immediately and took special care to not puncture the tire of the vehicle ( had a metal shock resting on it). He then did some slick driving and backed it safely at the front entrance of a very hard to reach bay door. He was friendly and outgoing even though I called him at the very end of his work day. Thanks Dave!

Called Pemberton Towing for my 2nd of 2 flat tires in the span of an hour. The guy who answered, Dave I believe, said he was not working but was close by..He was there in 5 minutes..He stood behind my vehicle and guided me to a gas station, where he filled and patched my tire!! I thanked him profusely and he left with a no problem" and a handshake! I was able to get back on the road in 15min with a vehicle full of kids! Dave is amazing person and an amazing act of kindness!!"

Dave is my Guardian Angel when my brakes started acting up in the middle of no where. I told him where I was and he new exactly that there would be a short hill that would eventually flatten out. So he advised me to gear down and use my e-brake. He was very calm and reassuring and I was able to make it safely to my destination. Thank you Dave from the bottom of my heart!!❤

I had a tire explode on the Hurley Forest Service Road and was dumb enough not to be carrying a spare.I got a ride to about 35 minutes out of Pemberton (thank you Tristan from Bralorne!) and Dave came about an hour after I called, which seemed very fast to me. I was expecting a much longer wait.He towed my truck and charged a very reasonable rate considering the fact that I lost the tire about 40 minutes up the Hurley FSR. He was also super nice and personable, which made the experience much more pleasant. Plus he gave good advice on how to avoid the same problem in the future and had lots of interesting stories for the long drive back into Pemberton.I would definitely call him again! Highly recommend.

If you’re reading this you are probably in a messy situation and need to be rescued! The lucky part is you found an amazing guy who can help you get out of anything. I got into a disasterous situation with a 28 foot airstream trying to camp down a sand road leading to the river. I was convinced I would need a cargo helicopter or a crane to get out of the mess I created and feared about the damage the trailer would ensure extracting the thing to safety. Dave showed up quickly and was extremely creative to go above and beyond a situation far different than getting a flat tire on a paved road. It took 3 hours of work and at times Dave was on hands and knees moving boulders out of the way. But he was kind and patient and save my a$$ and my trailer. I couldn’t believe he got me out. In the end I was at his mercy for what the bill would be - he could have named any price because what choice did I possibly have? But he was fair and honest and I am just so grateful I found him. Thank you again, Dave!!
