Sorry or the late review. This review is from January. On the New years long week end my venting motor on my furnace failed. This was this first very cold week end of the year. I have two young children. I was searching on line everywhere and I was also emailing companies to get a response. Filters Canada was the only one to get back to me promptly. They had the part in stock and were willing to open up the store for me to purchase the part so my contractor could install it for me. I did not get the ladies name who helped me. But special thanks to her. My family was warm. Very impressed. Thank you.

They've had my money and my order for 5.5 months and still haven't produced a box of 12 custom 1 filters. I followed up after 2.5 months

We have placed an order online 12 days ago. Yet, We don't know where is our filter. We followed up many times by email and phone. Phone calls gone to voice massaging and we've not received a call back. We've not receive timely and sufficient response.
