Totem Towing

I’ve been having issues with my Mazda car battery for awhile now. Other towing companies would just come and try to jumpstart your car and tow it. Jim from Totem actually helped diagnose the issue. I’ve had my car battery die numerous times now and all the repair personnel would say it was due to not being driven enough. Jim asked me a series of questions and he suspected it was a parasitic draw that was draining my battery. He told me push for a test at the auto repair shop and sure enough that was the issue. I’m so thankful he was able to help solve the issue. He truly went above and beyond.

I have never had a bad experience with totem and this time was no exception. Daniel was kind, friendly, helpful and punctual. He never made me feel bad for needing help with my car. Fantastic service and was able to get my car going without a tow. Thank you Daniel and Totem towing.

Great experience - woke up to a flat tire and they sent someone up within 45 minutes and were able to add enough air to allow me to drive safely to the shop and save me the cost of a tow. Highly recommend and also very good customer service.

The timing belt on my Audi went. Had to get it towed. I called Totem Towing. No wait times, whatsoever. A lovely lady answered the call. Took all my info. Gave me a rough ETA and they were spot on with the timing. My car is really lowered to the ground. Sheldon and I believe his name was Daniel(sorry if I got your name wrong) came over with a flat bed. They had extra planks to make sure the car clears out everything and doesn’t scrape the bumper or the bottom. Did a pretty good job loading and offloading the car. Didn’t scrape the bottom, no scratches whatsoever. Very professional and friendly folks. These guys were excellent to deal with. 10/10 for their customer service. Would definitely recommend these guys if you’re having a bad day with your vehicle.

Vincent from Totem Towing showed up and professionally moved my car onto a flat deck car truck. He drove it up the ramp and had it tied down within a few minutes. Offered me a ride to the mechanics. He was courteous, pleasant and thoughtful of my needs as I suffer from some health issues and getting in and out of trucks is normally difficult for me. During the ride he was engaging and held a great conversation with me. When we arrived he had it unstrapped, driven to the proper spot and handed off the keys. I didn't have to do anything. Thank you Vincent for helping me out of my jam and to Totem Towing for getting me to where I needed to go. Highly recommended!!

Anytime I have dealt with Totem Towing; it has always been a positive experience. The drivers and office staff have been helpful and always friendly. A family member of mine used to work for them years ago (in the '90's) and they are just as professional and efficient now as they were back then. Keep up the good work Totem!

Totem Towing has helped me twice now, as they are the company that Mazda hired for roadside assistance. They have been incredibly helpful each time, solving the problem for me: 1) changing a flat tire, and 2) testing the tire pressure on all tires when my warning came on. This time (2), Patrick was so helpful - helping me with the underlying problem, going above and beyond to test if the sensor worked, and most, being so kind, patient, empathetic, understanding, and positive! His customer care helped me to feel better about this stressful situation and gave me peace of mind. I wish I remembered the name of the first staff member who helped me with the flat tire - he was also equally helpful! I'm so grateful for Totem Towing members' technical know-how and warm customer care (including from when we call in) and highly recommend them!
