To start, I want to say that this is not a false review.I recently had car trouble with my mass airflow sensor and my vehicle was stuck in limp mode" (would not go over 2300 rpm). I ordered a part online as it was going to save me lots of money

They may be fine when dealing with business to business transactions, but as a regular Joe the sales reps are just incredibly rude.If you return something, they also won't give you back HST, because they consider it as selling parts back to them, and demand an HST number. They're either very sketchy, or possibly running on some bad accounting advice.Now, I just call up Prime Choice for the same parts, but at a better price. And the staff are nicer.

Salute to Mr Brown and the employees. My Wife asked me to fix my kids ride on car and I had called many places but wasn't able to help but after speaking with Mr Brown, I explained what I was looking for and he told me he will get me what I need, he made calls and got it delivered the next day early in the morning. I just wanted to say, my visit was excellent and was treated with respect. Thanks again..

I highly recommend doing business with Hosie & Brown. If they dont have the part that you're looking for, they will find it for you and ensure that you are satisfied before leaving their shop. Staff are super knowledgeable and friendly, and they really work well together. It is nice to see a business where staff and customers are treated with respect. Their prices are fair, their inventory is plentiful and the whole experience was smooth.
