My appointment was on the first significant snow day of the season (coincidentally) they were very busy but very organized, professional and VERY reasonably priced for changing over summer to winter tires.. definitely recommend! Shout out to Randy!

BROKE MY BOLT, HORRIBLE SERVICE, UNPROFESSIONAL . I Was incredibly disappointed with the service . They broke a part of my jeep and refused to fix it. While simply trying to work with the manager randy he would tell me one thing and then another ( will pay for the service if you get the part) . He could never give me a firm answer . He would brush off my calls . At one point I told him I would need to leave a review about his service and he said “I’ll help you send out the word “ then abruptly hung up the phone on me . From there I called at least 6 times and he would not answer .I ended up having to pay $120 to get my bolt fixed that they broke after being told all I would need to pay for was a $3 part. As a full time single mom that was my money for groceries.Not once did he apologize for breaking the bolt and instead tried to tell me it was my fault and that I signed something ( I signed nothing ) . After getting it fixed at a different place they confirmed the other 4 bolts had no wear, rust or damage. It was clearly done when my tier was being put back on, if it was me it would have broke when they took it off.Anyways at the end of the day Ended up having to take a day off work to deal with this and pay $120 repaid on a $40 tire repair.There was a younger guy named Jaden that was more kind, polite and helpful than the manager was.I will never use this place again and hope this review saves you from then screwing you over and treating you like garbage like they did me . Hoping the owner Vania sees this and takes it seriously.

Thank you , so much for not given me the stink eye because I got there at 5:35 with my donut tire . The gentleman did a excellent and efficient job was home by 6:15 . Keep up the good service !

Let me start by saying this place is an absolute joke. I came to an agreement on a set of used tires and install. When I showed up, the guy there wanted an additional $20 a tire since I forgot the key for my locks. I would have gone to get mine myself but I am located on the other end of the city. His excuse" is that he paid $1000 for the key lock set. Isn't the point of having that available is for cases like this? On top of everything else

This establishment charges 10.00 disposal fee for each of your used tires. It is well known that most reputable garage will take used tires at no charge. They are being refunded by the Gov't for recycling. Disposal / recycling fees are already being charged when you buy new tires. The price they quoted for used tires was close to the price of new... Unreal!
