I’m so happy I discovered this shop last year. I prefer to do my grocery shopping online and have it delivered to save me time running through multiple shops. Wow! The overall shopping experience, quality of products and customer experience is honestly unmatched. I get overwhelmed easily with food shopping and mychopchop definitely makes it easier with their easy to navigate website to find what i’m looking for quickly. I also get notified when my delivery is in line and that’s an absolute game changer. Love it! I shop here bi-weekly and I’m never disappointed. The owner is so sweet and you can definitely tell she cares and puts in a lot of effort into her business and selecting really good quality products.

I am very happy to give this reviewThe food from this store is always good quality and fresh. I live in Montreal and I get the products delivered straight to my doorstop from their store in Kitchener. I believe I have sampled most things except the frozen meats.My favourites are the Go chips plantain chips, the yam, all brands of kuli kuli, the honey beans, the smoked catfish, the palm oil (very good), the Ducros curry and thyme, and their abakaliki rice. All things taste like what I am used to back in NigeriaLastly, the customer service is top notch. I feel very well attended to, they correct any mistakes in my order and I know if I reach out to them with any problem they will definitely be willing to find a solutionPlease go ahead and purchase you won't be disappointed

I had my foodstuff shipped all the way to a different province and was impressed with how the whole transaction was handled especially when there seemed to be a mix up with Canada post. Top notch customer service. Highly recommend this store!:)

Just ordering was a great experience! The website is easy to use and navigate! When I completed my order there was an item I forgot in the cart. After a quick call I got the item added before shipping. Everything arrived next day even though I was in another province. The produce was still fresh or frozen! Definitely a go to! The prices are affordable too!Great produce and service at great price!

I have been following MyChopChop for a while on Instagram and was impressed with the range of African items they have in stock. But I was skeptical about buying from them since I could easily get things from my local African store. But when @nerridofoods announce that their stew was now available in Canada I just had to get it. Luckily MyChopChop had this yummy goodness in stock (See why I said they have a wide range of items)I bought a couple of items from myChopChop including the nerridofoods product that comes in breakable packaging. My tracking details and order code was sent immediately via email.The Items were scheduled to be delivered in 2 days. When on the 3rd day I had not received my package I decided to track my package only to discover that the delivery company was not going to deliver the package reason damaged goods".I promptly contacted MyChopChop via their website chat forum and their Instagram page and was told another package would be shipped out to me.It took about a couple of hours for them to respond to me but when they eventually did the very next day I got another package with my items delivered intact.Thanks
