Awful customer service. Moved from out of province to riverview, they refused to assist in any way. Rep was condescending, rude, and completely annoyed by my wanting to upgrade my line. Would not recommend.

Was served by Rose Marie at the riverview location and what amazing service it was! Myself and my girlfriend were having major issues with our carrier and Rose Marie was super sympathetic and helpful. Could not have asked for better service Highly recommended going to see her if you need help with your cell phone!

Horrible customer service ! I just spoke to Rose Marie at the Mobile shop because the phone I purchased came with the wrong USB adapter. She said there was nothing she could do as it came with the phone. She told me I needed to call customer care. When I asked her for the phone #, she told me the number is in my phone. When I said it wasn't very good customer service, she stated I'm sorry

This store is the worst place I’ve ever visited. I was buying a magic bullet in the store and there was a long brown box in the aisle (clearly someone was stocking shelves, but wasn’t there) my 5 year old trips over the box and falls into it. My husband moved the brown box to a cart with the other brown boxes. We let the manager know and she was rude as possible. A lame (I don’t believe you) sorrRyan given. I will NOT be going back, if this is the customer service I will be receiving at this store.

JANNA ROCKS!!! ABSOLUTELY THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. She spent over 3 hours trying to rectify my phone issue. She deserves a raise and outside internet access to help her customers. She used her personal phone to reach out to help me where the store internet wouldn't give access

Can't write a review for the store part so it'll have to be here. The absolute worse customer service I have ever gotten in my life. Had an issue with curb side pick, which is fine, they wanted to call to fix it. But the lady was so rude I refused to call her back. She snapped at me the entire phone call because I couldn't answer her questions right away, she acted like I was being crazy. I didn't want a refund or anything for the mistakes in my order, just wanted to tell them so they knew.
