I write this review with complete satisfaction in receiving what I sincerely call a truly amazing customer service experience from start to finish!I'm an extremely picky person when it comes to my truck (okay, everything ..lol), and I have wanted to upgrade all the speakers in my Ram for a long time, but I didn't want some big box store sales garble, nor the usual" speakers either.I also know that anything Ram/Chrysler/Jeep and their Uconnect / CAN-Bus systems also require a lot more knowledge and experience as these system are very finicky and proprietary in the way one has to add new upgrades to it be it audio and or performance.I searched for a highly rated shop that only specializes in one thing; Audio! I drove to Audio Pros and met with Ryan and Mike. They asked me specifically what I was looking for

I had door speakers installed here last week.They did a good job and didn't take to long.They even stayed open 20 minutes past closes as I had to drive back to pick up a connection kit for my subwoofer.

Straight to the point.They get the job done.Great work installing my front and rear cams!

Went in to see the guys at Audio Pros for advice to upgrade the Bose System on my Cadillac CTS4. I felt they were very knowledgeable and I felt confident they could do a Professional Job in maintaining a clean stock look while providing me with a system upgrade. Absolutely Loved the result of their work and the SOUND. Amazingly satisfied with the final result and their service. They were Very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Guys did a deck with microphone nice and clean they know their stuff. Bypassed the ram garbage. Highly recommended. Thanks so much

Great customer service. Very positive environment. Professionals at work. I got a car starter installed. They were very informative before and after the sale. They explained different options available before the sale, installed the next day on time scheduled actually earlier. At pickup they explained how it worked and all its features. Also told me it came with a lifetime warranty. Highly recommended.

My car radio lost its speakers after a battery/alternator replacement. Dealer advised a new radio head was needed at substantial cost. Decided to get a second opinion from Audio Pros. Both Ryan and Mike were super helpful in advising what the fix/replacement possibilities were. Upon closer examination of the car, Mike determined the problem was just a 50 cent fuse needed replacement. Problem solved and many dollars saved!

I love this shop! I have been twice, soon to go a third time. They are nice and professional. They are always super helpful and honest! You won't be disappointed!

If I could give 10 stars to this place I would. Mike and Ryan are fantastic and went above and beyond. My car had a glitch when the stereo was installed and we weren’t sure if it was a compatibility issue as this car was new to me. They took the time to take the whole system out so I could take it and get it checked and sure enough it was an Issue with a sensor, nothing to do with the new stereo setup. They reinstalled it all at no charge. They are very accommodating and take the time to answer any questions you have. There work is clean tidy and precise & the new sound is perfect. There knowledge and advise is top notch. If you need a new system in any motorized vehicle these are your guys!! Thank you so much guys for being sooooo amazing!! Great service experience from start to finish.
