I have been a user of Digital Rez since 1998. Change is hard. RezExpert didn't do everything of the previous program; but the support and followup of the the staff is amazing! They are continually striving to meet the needs of their customers. Questions and problems are addressed in a timely manner. I AM getting more comfortable with the new program and appreciate how my concerns have been addressed.

Our experience with RezExpert has been a 5 star experience, from the very first day the support and education was excellent. The technicians are so patent and knowledgeable it made the transition a very easy one. The system is everything they said it would be and more and that makes it so easy to train any new employees. Overall, this is a wonderful program. The Rez team is constantly working hard to upgrade and improve the many features available to us, the users. I love that we are now able to send marketing emails before and after reservations check-in. It's got to be my favorite upgrade so far! My team and I would like to see a fix to keep reservations from 'floating' into sites that are not large enough, without having to implement the site map feature.

Josue was very patient. Rather than just give me the answers, he made me think and figure it out. While at times it was frustrating, in the long run I feel I have a good understanding of the system. We've been live for less than 2 weeks and I haven't come up against anything I can't figure out for myself.. Very user friendly. Pleased with the software and the training. Thank you again.

Awesome Tech Support! When asked by other companies to change my reservation system, I emphatically answer no. I enjoy using this program for my campground needs. The others seem to want to charge more for a program that has too many features that I don't need. Y'all call at least once a month to see if we are having any issues with our program. That is wonderful and I hope you keep it up. Most of our issues have been resolved and any that haven't, I know there is someone working on it. Outstanding Tech Support!
