Nice Facility, Friendly Staff, & Fairly Decent Hours. I Recently Just Moved Here & Transferred Here From Another Town. I Have Been Dealing With OATC Clinics Approx 8 Years Now, & I Will Encourage AnyOne Seriously Wanting To OverCome Addiction Issues To Try The Program. It's Perhaps Not For Everyone But It Sure Helped Me.

If you like your personal information being yelled out in the front office sure. And if you like meeting your doctor via skype again sure. I did not like the experience my wofe and i had here. There is a much better clinic up the road just past baseline.

I personally have a great experiance n I went three something that was really upsetting n they were actually concerned for my well being n wanted to know if I needed someone to talk to ..... so if that doesn't show u something I dont know what does

Takes weeks to get any paperwork done if they do it at all, see a doctor over a screen which also you usually have to wait way past your scheduled time, usually crowded in there, hours suck.

Starting a new job is not easy, especially if your on this program but, the nurses at the clinic were amazing and as long as your honest they will help you and fight the good fight with you! Thank you ladies your amazing!!

Poor hours for the workingAlways short staffed.very loud your business is known to everyoneTwice no script to my disspencery, had to call and wait2x I was 40 mins waiting for an appointmentThat had a scheduled time.

Some of the staff are great, while some, are not very focused on the job:I. E. Always forgetting to fax my prescription to my pharmacy, this has occurred half a dozen times now, only been patient for less than 5 months.They seemed to be always understaffed, they never answer thier phones.

My fiance and I have had nothing but success at this clinic. With all other clinics we never seemed to stick with it and always stopped going after a couple days or weeks. But with OATC, we have successfully been on the program for almost a year and will definitely be able to overcome our old habits.

Today I was in there and while I am waiting for the doctor I hear the nurse Oliva start to make fun of a patient she unprofessionally argued with, then I heard each nurse one by one, taking turns tearing down this patient, uncontrollably laughing at the way they were scratching at their face. Cackling and making fun of them for being an addict, it was heart breaking. I was absolutely disgusted by their lack of compassion and unprofessional behavior never going there again.Edit: Response to Owner's comment; I have already called them when it first happened. Thank-you.
