They are scammers. They imported my products and did not made my payment.

Trustworthy. Solid follow-through. A great resource for exercise equipment. With supply lines stretched it's not their fault they can't get stock of all equipment immediately, but they do tell you how long the wait will be.

They got really classy gym equipment. I wanted to have a beautiful and powerful gym and they got everything. Cardio are stylish and my gym really fits on my house. I recommend.

11 months later:My son is training for a 100K bike ride with his primary school Les Trois Soleils and we needed a spinning bike during the winter. I had checked his bikes on the website. Some models were sold out so I paid him a visit on a Friday at 4:50pm since his expertise in the (repair) industry wasn’t going to keep me hesitating. Just like last year he got to the point, listened to what we wanted to achieve and sold the right reconditioned spinning bike in literally 10 minutes.You don’t need to price shop online, visit five retail stores or try to hassle on Kijiji when service is this exceptional. Bike will be ready in two weeks and I would recommend his company to anyone who has a reasonable budget and listening skills. If you are looking for bad (cheap) quality don’t show up here and waste an hour hassling for a discount. Because it will slow Jonathan down to prepare equipment for the rest of us who realized he sells exactly what he knows best: top quality fitness at a discount!Keep up the great work!Jonathan has been in business for three months already and my initial budget was challenged after he told me about his eight years of treadmill repairs. He answered all the questions with precision and how can one not trust a guy who knows every part of the machine? He keeps two brands - one from Salt Lake City and one from Quebec. Top notch quality for the right price. Forget Costco or Canadian Tire unbelievable deals ($4,000 treadmill for $1,000 - they will last max 2 years and parts will cost you more than the original price IF you get them from China). Long story short: I am already saving up for a spinning bike and it will be from Fitness à rabais guaranteed. I mean who delivers, installs AND provides warranty support without an additional charge. I can highly recommend this fine company.

The owner took the time to guide me in choosing the right machine for my needs. Delivery was on time and efficient. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to make the right choice in fitness equipment. Service is excellent!

I couldn't be more pleased with the service, the politeness, the promptness, and the quality of the communications with Fitness à Rabais. Their deliverymen are prompt, tidy, and charming. I ordered over the internet (sight unseen) but the treadmill was exactly as advertised, and the company kept in contact with me throughout the process. A non-functioning part (out of the original box) was replaced within a day. Excellent company!Rapide et excellent service, techniciens polis et compétents, et correspondance efficace et très claire. I bought elsewhere... not because their equipment isn't good, it was rather because I hate ppl who try to BS me. I'm an educated shopper, meaning that I do my research before I buy.They carry a line of Smith Machines branded as Atlas Strength, which is manufactured by Kangqiang Fitness Company in China. Kangqiang essentially slaps your desired brand on their equipment and you market it as your own. They even provide each company with the same equipment pics for your marketing purposes.Fitness A Rabais was trying to tell me that ALL other brands are knock-offs hence their cheaper price. You'll find the exact same equipment a few hundred dollars cheaper at BodyGym.ca, with the same product pictures!!!

Shoppers beware. They do not update their site. They don't answer the phone. They don't answer emails. They abuse the fact that you cannot travel to go see them in person.Do not buy anything from them online. You will get 0 confirmation and will have to escalate with PayPal to get your money back.Read the other recent comments. They clearly don't care unless you put up a bad review.Scumbags. Wouldn't be surprised if the reviews above 1 star were paid for or from friends and fake accounts.I would put 0 stars, they deserve less. Hopefully the pandemic causes them to close permanently.Owner of fix n go as well. Ratings and comments there are bad as well.
