Special Thanks to Simon, who beyond kind and thorough!In our home in St Adele (we just purchased 5 months ago) had a serious septic backup into the house.-Sunday, It’s -10c outside and our basement was flooded with waste coming up from both the Toilet and Shower. We stopped using the toilets completely-Monday, called Plomberie and did an initial inspection, found the root cause and gave us a quote. As the issue was a broken black water pipe with a significant grease clog, there was enough space for (water only). So this info alone was a huge improvement in terms of ‘use of faucets / toilets’.-Tuesday, 2 Team members came out to access how to get equipment into the Septic area to dig up the black water pipe (and 1,5 meters of snow.)-Wednesday, all work was performed promptly and professionally. They even checked the rest is the black water pipes (this is a 400sm home with 4 bathrooms) found an additional issue that will be addressed in the Sprig, replaced an old water heater plus installed 2 bidets. Finished ALL Same Day!We are so impressed with their knowledge, kindness, professionalism and efficiency, we just don’t have the words to express ourselves. Solid service, always answers when we call! We hired Danny and his team to replace our pressure tank and add and PH balancer.We’ve also reached out to them for urgent services as well when our septic main line was clogged.A+ Service

They charged me 524$ to come tell me they couldn't fix the problem after installing one valve on my water pump. I find this completely ridiculous considering I paid 650$ for another company to install a new water heater and actually do there job. On top of this I requested an email stating what work was done and never received it. I was also quoted 89$ an hour on the phone and charged 125$/h in person not to mention they told me they were making me a deal for a future call to replace my whole system since it wasn't good apparently.

Hydro off - water pump stops - needs re-prime. How to do it? We call 5 emergency plumbers no-one answers. Then Danny Potvin answers, tells us over the phone exactly what to do, works perfect - no charge, water works. Parfait!!! Thank you Danny Potvin...

It took less than 20 minutes to clean and unclog the drain. Amazing since the previous company we called in took 3 hours without achieving anything and still charging too much for what they could not do. This was an emergency and the owner recommended waiting for their specialized crew to be available, not to say Eric, to do the job. The team was very professional, had the right equipment, no mess at all, they pumped out the water, and clean everything after. I am glad they were recommended to us and won't hesitate to call them if there is a next time. Important lesson, deal with the right people... Plomberie Danny Potvin is probably the best one around!
