We loved working with Debbie and The Floor Shop in Mississauga. They were all very helpful, knowledgeable and patient with us. Many many questions answered.We had our whole top floor redone, removing very old hardwood and replacing with new.Tomas and John were our installers and they were fabulous, and very hard workers.They screwed down our existing subfloors, put in new plywood and installed the new hardwood. They also installed new hardwood on our stairs and wow! The Floor Shop made each step as a single piece of wood and again it is fabulous. All this done in the time we were promised.I would not hesitate to recommend this team.

The Floor Shop was absolutely brilliant! We looked at a lot of different sites for vinyl plank flooring before settling on a product that we were satisfied with. We were referred to this company by our realtor just before we bought the property. In this place, for the same price, we were able to acquire a far superior product, and it was delivered in a timely manner, which was fantastic! Without a doubt, I would suggest it!

As a custom builder I am somewhat familiar with floors, especially hardwood. This is a great company that has a lot of unique hardwood options. Debbie helped me at the showroom and let us check out a lot of samples, and she was very patient and professional. We never felt rushed or pushed into buying / making a decision. Very happy with my experience and will definitely come back for my next project.

Dealing with this team is just simple and easy. It was a stress-free experience for my wife and I. Since we’re expecting in a few months we wanted the bedrooms redone with engineered hardwood and we're hoping to get the project done faster for us to finish everything before then. They were great at accommodating us and getting the project done on a realistic timeline. The staff goes a step above to ensure you’re happy at all times which we really appreciated. All this to say, we are more than happy with the new flooring.

We had our office and upstairs done by the floor shop. It was top quality work. The workers worked around our small space, did their best to keep everything clean. Engineered hardwood perfectly laid and baseboards done without any marks. Pricing was fair, and every aspect laid out, labour, materials, baseboards, quarter round etc. Highly recommend.

Bought 750 square feet of hardwood which was installed yesterday. Very pleased with my selection and grateful for all of the help and recommendations from the team at The Floor Shop. The color and finish really stands out and looks incredible. Excellent price, selection and quality. Strongly recommend to all looking for floors.
