It is usual, when you need the washroom is NOT on service, specially for voters who come from far away. IT IS BAD symptom of laziness beside the usual greedy instead of being helpful and opened to their own.

Work hours are very limited provided the vast amount of users that daily have errands to do at the consulate. Its really needed a longer work hours schedule.

It’s conveniently located but the whole process of ticketing and waiting in line doesn’t exist. People cutting in-front and going straight to the counters was not very nice.

The wait times are high but the staff is very understanding and helpful. I had applied for my visa online but the website did not submit all the documents that I had uploaded hence I was called to the consulate. The staff was kind enough to explain the technical issue and resolve it by printing and uploading the documents himself. Worth the visit and got visa approved same day!

Staff was so helpful even on my first call, they guided me through the process that make everything so easy. Very friendly.Place is reorganized and looks bigger than before. Amanda, Mercedes And Doris were so kind.

Very happy with the Consulate. With my wife we went to get the passport. We had only a week and a half before our trip, so we didn't have an appointment. We had to wait because almost everybody had an appointment, so we had the chance to see how things were happening for some time. They respect the appointments, they are polite and respectful with everyone. We had a great experience. Dora and Armando, were very nice and knowledgeable. The passport was ready before the due time, probably because they knew we were travelling very soon. It is important to let people know the great job they are doing at the consulate.

The telephone service is terrible, I have been trying to communicate for several days and they never, ever answer the phone.
