Highly recommended!!! We took our new 6 month old puppy here and I'm so glad we did because now we have a vet for life. Right from the moment we walked in the girls at reception were incredibly sweet and understanding with our scared little pup. Dr. DeRose is amazing at what he does - super knowledgeable and takes the time to talk and explain things to you. I feel extremely comfortable bringing my little Teddy here and I would highly recommend this vet to anyone.

Dr Wu is an exceptional veterinarian and human. She is compassionate and gentle with her patients. I have trusted her expertise in the management of two family pets now. I always feel as though I am part of the decision making process when it comes to which tests or procedures to perform and when because I know that Dr Wu has our best interests at heart. She helps me take care of my pets to the best of my ability as their caregiver and I am grateful that she continues to do what she does. Thanks, Dr Wu and staff! You are making a difference!

I cannot thank Dr. Wu and the whole team enough. I finally found my vet here to stay for all my baby's health and care needs. Whenever I have any questions or concerns about my family member, they have all been by my side. Cachet Village Hospital really good at follow ups promptly. I do not feel burden at all. I had my recent spay done here for Haylee. Dr Wu is amazing. Despite the long wait list for Dr. Wu, I promise she is worth the wait. I wait list for half a year to one year for this spay with specific doctor. What touched me the most was when I first saw Dr Wu, it is very very hard to come across a doctor who look past my dog's anxious and on-the-surface aggressive but actually scared of life" predisposition. Not even a lot of trainers will bother looking past this and turn away my dog for training! She give me a lot of good tips on how to be a better parent for my baby dog. Most important

I think I just got manipulated into extra services without signing a consent or having a discussion with either the vet Dr. Cheung or the assistants. I am extremely disgruntled. DO NOT TAKE YOUR PETS HERE. I got charged $300 for two vaccines and two rabies shots. They wouldn’t provide an itemized receipt, I’ve emailed to ask for one and have yet to receive one, despite them emailing back saying they’ve provided one. Also asked them for an itemized for previous visit, they gave me a list for future visits. It is very dishonest. They also prescribed by kittens medication they didn’t need and were pushing for animal insurance so they can make claims. Explain to me how you are operating honestly.

I got introduced this place from a friend 12 years ago and been with then since then. Dr. DeRose and the whole team is awesome, very caring and professional. They take good care of my fur baby and always take time to explain and give professional advices. I have never had any issues with this place, I don’t know why it takes me so long to write a good review but I wanted to thank everyone in Cachet Village Animal Hospital! You guys are awesome, keep up the good work!

Archibald, my year and a half old poodle, loves VCA! Every time, I have questions, the vets are always very clear and precise. His tail does not stop wagging when he visits the vet! It's too bad we are moving in the fall or he would still be going there! Highly recommend the junior paw VCA care package! Has saved me so much money this year. We love the VCA Cachet Village Staff !

My dog Bobby has been Cachet’s patient for nearly 10 years. He has bladder stones since he was younger. Dr DeRose did bladder surgeries for him twice to clean the stones. Dr DeRose is very professional and care about Bobby. But later Bobby developed heart disease. He has been well taken care of by Dr Wu. She was patient and very helpful. Especially after Bobby has his first congestive heart failure and was recovered. Dr Wu always gave professional advice and honest comments on Bobby’s health conditions. She definitely loves dogs and cares about them. She is also very considerate. Her reactions are so fast. I guess she is a very smart person. But Bobby was not eating and went to the emergency hospital again. Dr Wu was very helpful in accessing his conditions and gave me advice. Unfortunately, we need to make a decision to euthanizeBobby. Again, Dr Wu was very considerate and helpful to do the euthanasia. She adjusted her schedule too. Bobby died peacefully. Well, this is so important to us that he died in no pain. From what I saw, he has no pain, heart stopped pumping gradually. This was the last thing I could make sure of.The clinic is also very helpful through all these years. Bobby has a lot of medications. Whenever I called for a refill, I always got them the next day. Besides, prescription food are always available, if not, would be available the next day and the staff have never made a mistake. I want to give my special thanks to the staff there too, especially the manager Linda, Laura and Tracy. They are very nice and kind to me and Bobby. Me and Bobby were welcomed and cared in every visit. Thank you very much! On the other hand, the fees, surgery fees, blood tests, and the price of the prescription food, and other supplies are very reasonable. I’ll get a new dog later, I think. I’ll come back to the clinic.

excellent clinic and staff. very polite and professional. ONLY PROBLEM IS VETS LEAVE VERY OFTEN. You have to change over to a new vet every so often. not good for the customer and their pets!

Decent veterinarian, but quite pricey and charged me $85 for a phone appointment after me showing 2 pictures of a blemish on my dog. Did not even see my dog in person (due to covid) and told me what I already knew about the condition and revealed no information that couldn't be found with a 3 minute Google search. Phone appointment lasted approximately 90 seconds.I have no issues with the COVID protocol, but if you are not seeing the dog in person, you should charge LESS, not MORE. Not only that, after a 2 minute conversation you would think as a HUMAN BEING, much less a professional, you would voluntarily charge less after providing 0 value to a client. Literally told me the blemishes look like allergies, give Benadryl. This is why no one wants to see vets, you can't tell who's ripping you off or who actually cares. In this case I think it is a mix of both, as the vets do care about your animal here, but they'll charge an arm and a leg.

I had a lovely experience with everyone! I’ve dealt with both Dr. Wu and Dr. Cheung and they were both lovely! They took their time to explain everything and I can see they genuinely enjoy being a veterinarian!
