I was here this past weekend getting some new rubber boots for work. I unfortunately had to make a tremendously long walk this morning, slightly over four hours. I was luckily wearing my new Baffin Steel Toe boots for the journey. I had fully expected my feet to be ruined but by some miracle of science, they are fine! My legs are sore but I have no blisters, somehow! I was also half baked when I purchased them and made a bit of a fool out of myself. Seeming to not have brought enough money with me and having my card declined was rather embarrassing. The customer rep who cashed me out was brilliant, she didn’t even poke the slightest bit of fun at me. I was starting to trip out, not wanting to hold the line up, but she remained calm and friendly. Too bad that happened, she was rather pretty, I had to dip before I turned more red. Will go back...with adequate cash hahah.

Marks is for the rich, as the average working person cannot afford these prices anymore. Ridiculous. Marks thinks people are all thin and in great shape. Thete are no stock of big sizes. I am tired of hearing you can order it. If I wanted to order my clothes , don't you think I would shop online at home. I come in your store to buy it now.

The women working today at 3:30 were very rude to my daughter. She order work boots. When we went to pick them up her new age of majority card has not come yet. They would not let her explain why the address is different on her order then on her card. They kept walking away when she tried to explain. She doesn't have a drivers license. It was discussing how they treated her.

Rude and disrespectful sales and manager to my wife for someone who's worked for Mark's in the past and have family that still works for Mark's. This location needs some help in customer service.

Today I had some trouble with my car at the store.At checkout I asked the heavy set male cashier if he could call a cab for me he replied by telling me he could call the cops if I wanted but that's it.I had to walk to Canadian tire across the parking lot to get help.How is this customer service?I will never return as long as this man is employed.In the past the same MAN" was incredibly condescending when my wife was picking out work boots."

The worst staff. I’ll actually drive an hour to Guelph to avoid this store. Staff are either rude or useless. Only one entry in the change room with 3 items per person. (Not a marks Canada policy, just this store) so hope you’re good at guessing size and fit. In the summer went to buy sandals, my feet were swollen due to pregnancy and my normal size did not fit. The staff acted super annoyed that I needed to try on in total 3 pairs and made me feel very uncomfortable.

Terrible experience shopping at this store. We’ve always been Marks shoppers and have spent thousands in their stores. We will never shop at one again. My husband asked the sales lady to help with finding sizing. My husband typically wears a 2x tall or 3x. She told him they don’t carry those sizes and that he should loose weight as they don’t cater to obese people. Then continued to discriminate him. Will be calling head office on Monday. No one should be treated in such an awful manner.

Great staff! Shout out to Sam who was an incredibly helpful associate. I only went in for socks but ended up with some awesome leggings (on sale, of course). The staff are very friendly and quick to help you find what you're looking for. A great service experience.
