If you respect yourself, your money and your time, DONT try this “company”.Still not sure if they offer home internet. I’ll try them again, when need to change tyres to my car. Hope they better at this!

I'm very happy with my comwave internet. It was quick to get hooked up and the price is awesome. Also the connection with my devices is great and easy enough for my mother to use. Thank you very much I also appreciate the customer service checking up to make sure everything is working proper and if there was anything else they could help me with, very friendly and I'm glad i chose comewave, I'll let my friends know.

I was with them for years before canceling today. I never bother to look at my bill for months as I trusted them. For a few months I was getting charged in $30s while I was on a plan for $14.99 per month.Today I reviewed a few bills and they were charging me $20.95 monthly for basic home plan. Added to it was 911 fee of $3.95, a service fee of $2.95 and a $2-3 as long distance service fee as I made $1-2 long distance calls to my family if they didn’t pick up on social media calls.I am disappointed totally.

My first experience with Comwave has been excellent starting with signing up to booking an installation appointment to receiving my internet hardware within Two days to receiving a reminder of appointment and my password and instructions the morning of my installation. It’s been great so far with comfort in an efficient install in the next few hours!!! Well done Comwave!!!

They get you hooked with their cheap fees but watch your bill every month. They raised our rates without any changes to the account and it took a few phone calls to get a credit for those extra charges.When our contract was up we were downsizing so we terminated our services and were told we would be charged $50 for 2 items we did not receive as well as paying to ship the items back and a restocking fee of $25 for each item. Total fees on cancelling $175 plus shipping. On followup they were very helpful and reduced the fees to only charging us for 2 restocking fees of $50 plus shipping.

Been with this company a long time. Staff is friendly and always polite. They try their best to keep the customer happy. Almost left for better deal today but they helped me with competitive pricing and service. A good company that values loyalty.

Thomas the customer rep was very courteous and helpful when i spoke to him for a better rate for my tv and internet. .After telling him what I wanted he got me a lower rate and saved me some money which was what I wanted. Thank you for all your help.John

The worst company in Canada. Deserve no star but there is such option. I moved to another service provider and i was chaged $56.50 for port out fee. This is not legal to hold customers phone number. Also return fee will be charged from customers for their low performance devices. I paid $22/month for home phone service (local city wide) for 4 to 5 years. I will complain to BBB. Worst customer service. Stay away from this company.

Not happy with this company at all. I have cancelled my service with them and they are still taking money from my account. my suggestion, is after canceling your service talk to your bank to have all access denied. When we call the customer service team we get disconnected, in so many words called a liar. Charged for services not fully explained. We reviewed the contract for one particular section and All returned equipment to Comwave in like-new re-sellable condition in it's original packaging." Which we did! "Missing or damaged components will be billable. Except for warranty replacement
