After a poor experience, I thought I’d try again. Maybe it was just that particular person. Again had a poor experience, I get that you are paid for each cut, but there’s no need to rush. The cut was nothing like I asked for. Good thing my hair grows so quickly. Last and final visit .

The service was great and all the staff were very friendly. I got my hair cut done by Angelie and she did a solid job, she even took some time to explain how she went about the cut and gave some tips. Overall it was a great experience.

I have been going to this place for almost 2 years now and never had a bad experience only inconsistent hair cuts which I can understand as it can't be perfect every time.But this morning I tried to book myself a hair cut and experienced the worst customer service I've ever had at a Tommy Guns. I called and asked if I can book a haircut where I was told they only offer hair cuts on Tuesday and Thursdays. I said that I usually get haircuts on Mondays here and they said Tuesdays and Thursdays only.I persisted and said I want to book a myself in right now and the lady said that it would be a 14 minute wait. Of course this got me more confused and provided my details. She then said to hurry up and they are waiting for me. I then mentioned she told me 14 minutes and she then said she didn't and it was a 40 minute wait now.I have never been treated so rudely by a Tommy Guns and needless to say after this experience I will not be going back to this location especially if this is how they treat customers that have been going there for years.

The hair stylist was amazing. I hope to get him again regularly. It would be cool if Tommy Gun's had an easy way to book with the same stylist, even if they work from different locations at different days. I don't actually remember his name, and can't seem to find a way to look it up, which is too bad. For all of the SMS and email messages they send, it'd be cool if it included the stylist's name.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! I’ve been to this location a couple of times, they’re very unprofessional and rude. No one wants to help you here and everyone simply ignores you as if you’re not even there. Once I came here to get my eyebrows done, one of the lady said out loud I don’t want to do his eyebrows. Today I came for a haircut, one of the guy said the same thing I don’t want to do his hair so I sat there until someone was available, they kept passing me over to someone and no one just didn’t want to help me. Seeing this mistreatment made me not want to get my hair done from here. The employees here abuse, ignore, insult their customers and no one knows how to respect anyone.

I really dissappointed about my hair. That guys just cut my hair look like unacceptable. He dont have the vision or something to recommend your hair doesn't good if you cut like this. Even though. He cut 2 side of me did not same and my back so 'Ugly' too. Never want to come back again !

This place is really good, the staff are always so friendly and take the time to do the job right. Even after moving, I still come from Airdrie I've had that good of experiences!

Absolutely by far this place impressed me and I wasn't expecting that. I've had one haircut at the Tommy guns down in the Glendale mall. But this one here I took my son and he got the best haircut I've ever seen. I decided to get one as well. The stylist name Ryan is an incredible person who is very kind I'm and very knowledgeable and takes hairstyle is hairstyling as a craft.All the stuff there were smiling concluding the receptionist. I will be coming back here as long as Ryan is there.
