Was told today that Old Navy has started pulling 3x and 4x from stores and putting them back online only instead. Very disappointing. Please bring back total inclusive sizing in stores.

My wife is a size 3x. For many years Old Navy was not a store for her. This has changed. Not only do they have plus sizes, the clearance racks were full of clothing at great prices. The plus sizes were also spread evenly among the racks, not limited to a back corner like some stores. The salesclerk was very pleasant and helpful. We will be back!

This is a great store! Great prices, great service, and well stocked. We spent a lot of time in this store and purchased quite a bit. The gal at the fitting rooms was super helpful and the gentleman who rang us up was also extremely helpful. Probably, the best experience I’ve had in an Old Navy store.

OMG!!Service is awesome! So I had purchased a pair of pants which unfortunately didn’t fit. I for some reason assumed that I had put the receipt in the plastic bag that I had the pants in for return. Got to the store and no receipt! They simply cross checked my credit card and performed my return. I wish other companies would have this feature as opposed to forcing Store credit on people. I’m a clutz when it comes to receipts I find. So this was definitely a great moment!

A girl named Alana helped me so much this evening. Really such an accommodating and sweet women. she gave me suggested and found something that would work for me. I'm visually impaired and called in via phone and she was so patient and kind. I really can't say I've ever gotten better customer service.

Hard to find jeans that were suitable.3/4 pairs that were not highrise or extra highrise out of all the jeans they had there. And even then they were long legs which make it so there was 1 pair of suitable jeans in the whole store.Customer service was great. Very friendly staff who teied to help. Only reason i give them 4 stars is for the staff.

We stopped in to buy a dress shirt for our son. They had a decent selection and reasonable prices. The staff was helpful and even cracked a joke or two with us while our son tried things on. It was a pleasant experience and it is always nice to try things before you buy, unlike online shopping.
