BC Care Providers Association
Lodged a formal complaint against board member Al Jina for not maintaining a functioning heating system in his building - Spring Valley Care Centre, Kelowna. Now over 70 days this winter with no heat. I did not receive any follow-up as asked. Reflects bad on CEO Terry Lake and the rest of the board along with the ineffective BC Care Providers Association! Vulnerable seniors are still suffering!
