Our favourite grocery store in town . Great deals and wonderful staff . The staff are always willing to help out . They are always kind and pleasant to deal with and willing to go the Extra mile to accommodate the customers . Thank you for being so amazing.

Thought Basics was supposed to be one of the discount grocery stores, competitor to No Frills, but prices seemed well above NF and similar places. Got the full ghetto grocery experience AND gouged on prices at the same time. Would not recommend.

This store has really cleaned up. Renovations have reset the flow of this modern, bright space. Prices have slid up above a previously highly valued budget friendly level and now rest more mid-level. This is evident in value brands and a higher level of meat selection. Staff are friendly but the younger ones seem easily distracted. Cell phones and sandbox time should be left at home or locked up during customer facing activities. Carts are no longer always available due to staff inattention.

Store is not always the cleanest but they have good deals and good employees that care. Management does a good job. Recommend this place over others in Keswick

Polite staff, fresh produce, well maintained, and stocked shelves. They now have self checkouts and the machines will take cash payments.
