We were really interested in working with this company but found communicating was difficult. I can understand everyone gets busy but it took 8 days to get a response to a simple email. Then we were supposed to get an updated quote, it's been a month & have heard nothing, so will go elsewhere.

So disappointing. Brandi came to our house and spent an hour or more taking measurements. Said she would be back to us in a couple of weeks with a design. It's now six weeks later and my two phone calls were never returned. Had to go elsewhere.

We are the second owners, recently moved in and making repairs and renovations. When we contacted Irwin Cabinets for small samples of the cabinetry paint, the front of house staff offered to mix our colours (now 2 years old) and deliver them to the house after work! This service is above and beyond! Friendly, and so very helpful.

Cabinets made and installed by Irwin Cabinet are terrible and cheap. Completely falling apart and they’re only a few years old…@IrwinCabinets oh believe me it was brought to your attention back when it started to happen a while ago and I was told there was nothing you could do and I should glue the pieces that fell off back on.

I have built over 200 houses in my career, so lots of experience dealing with trades/suppliers. Irwin Cabinet Works was an absolute pleasure to deal with . Trish our saleswoman was straight forward, honest , and nice to work with !!! Cliff the owner even came out for some last minute measurements . Very friendly and honest people to do business with. I’ve found me new kitchen company for sure. Cudos to Irwin Cabinet Works , our kitchen looks fabulous…
