We get parts daily from TJ at Bumper to Bumper and I could not be happier. He has gained more of our business with his exceptional service and their prompt delivery. You guys as a team make it so much easier for us and for our customers! Even when it is busy, or if they can’t find a part right away, I know TJ always calls back quickly and always finds the parts we’re looking for. You guys are awesome! And TJ is the best!

I have tried shopping here multiple times Nobody answered the phone on hold for 10 minutes this time. Pretty hard to buy parts. I'll just stick with part source on huronia st.

Great parts place in town. Usually have parts on site but if not they have them delivered there the same day.Reasonable prices as well and friendly staff.EDIT: used them a couple more times since then and they have been great. usually have the parts in stock but if not they get them from Barrie by 1130 or from the city by 1pm. Ive seen some reviews of people saying they are rude, Ive never seen that, I do see they are busy sometimes on the phone giving quotes, but Ive not waited very long at all.I highly recommend and hope they stay local because it is very handy.

I'll never return here again. Showed up looking for parts and a tool, when the 3 service people ignored us the first time we looked around and found the tool he needed. Returned to ask about the part and was ignored again, after trying to speak to them and having them look at us and just return to what they were doing 3 times we just put down the tool and left. They clearly had no intentions of selling any items or serving customers that day.
