I like that you can pop in any time pretty much. I brought my 4 year old. Hairdresser was very gentle and good with kids. Only thing is hair was not cut as short as we asked and expected.

THURSDAY FEBRUARY 9…. I got a $140 curl perm. Now SATURDAY FEBRUARY 11. My hair is straight and all damaged. No I didn't wash my hair since….. EXPLAIN THIS PLEASE! I will be showing up and calling for and explanation. Considering 2 hairstylists worked on me…. Since they overbooked and were running back and forth between clients……. I had appointment…… Now I cannot do anything to my hair until it grows out… I risk loosing it all….

Asked for a SIMPLE male haircut, short on the sides and cut off some length which turned into a NIGHTMARE. These hairdressers WONT listen to what you want, continuously said 'No, like this' and proceeded to do something completely different.I was in complete shock, DO NOT RECOMMEND

I went here for a haircut. I got VLAD as my hairdresser. My hair was almost to my bum and I asked for long layer's in a small bang. He cut my hair so short, and it wasn't even. I cried so much and he ran to the back of the salon while laughing at me. I an completely self conscious about my hair now. The salon still charged me for the cut. This place was by far the worst place I've ever been to and im 48 years old. It's not the first salon I go to. I wish there was something I can do about it.

I brought my daughter there to get a haircut and I told the hairdresser that we just wanted a haircut. I left my daughter there to get a haircut while I went shopping, when I came back the hairdresser was styling my daughter's hair without asking me and charged me 10$ extra for it. She was also very rude about it and didn't feel sorry about it. She also said that she would wash my daughter's hair to remove the curls and charge me for it. Very rude and unmannered.

I called spoke in English, lady struggled and asked if I can speak French, which is okay but I’m more comfortable in English. I had an appointment today at 12 and I was told to sit. I came 10 minutes before my appointment. I see my hairstylist finishing up with someone so I thought I was next. Meanwhile 2 people walked in without appointments and got a hairstylist right away. Then my hairstylist came out with another client. When I called to make an appointment I said any hairstylist is fine so why give someone that is busy? After 20 minutes I asked the receptionist like what is going on? Because no one came to me to tell “I’m sorry for the delay your hairstylist is running late” anything like that would be understandable but no nothing. I’m so disappointed as a client that has been going there for years, I’m not happy with the customer service. I won’t be returning here. What is the point of making an appointment? They could have at least acknowledged me to tell me what’s going on. So unprofessional.

I used to love going here to get my hair cut. I used to get a decent haircut for 30. Today I went with my son which according to their sign out front it was supposed to be 30 with tax. Being on a strict budget this was affordable. Once the hair cut was over I was shocked to be charged 55 each with no explanation on top of that they mis gendered my son, we were charged for two Female haircuts. I will never return to this hair salon, they have become a rip off joint.

Vlaad is my go-to for haircuts and styling. He views a haircut as an art form, like sculpture, and treats you with so much care. He takes the time to explain what he's doing, check in with you and make sure everything is to your liking. You will come out feeling pampered and beautiful. Prices are very reasonable too. Absolutely recommend!
