I went to Wirelesswave at Brentwood with an issue with Bell and Ravi the service representative was very knowledgeable and attentive. He was able to resolve my issue better than any customer representative at Bell could. I was so impressed I went back to purchase phone protection gear for my new phone. Not only did he recommend the best product on the market he even installed it for me. Very professional and customer oriented, I highly recommend going to this store for an informed advice.

I had one of those really frustrating situations where my e-sim suddenly stopped working, the customer service from my service provider could not resolve the issue online, so I was asked to go to a distributor center close by, it was Wirelesswave. We got quality attention. Even if things didn’t work as planned, the rep (Aahil) joined us to speak to the customer care rep, until customer care confirmed that they could not do anything further to help us.

I went to this store to purchase a prepaid card for 1 month. The sales rep told me after 1 month, no action is required as this was for a person visiting from oversees. 3 months later, I realized the sales rep sold me an actual plan instead of the prepaid. I am now paying for 2 extra months of service that I didn't need but also was told no action required after 1 month of prepaid use""

Ravi was my phone doctor who restored my Google Pixel 3XL to good health after it developed a glitch/bug which did not recognize my long established security pattern, therefore preventing me from unlocking my phone. He was personable, patient, and professional, spending at least one half hour performing a factory reset and re-establishing access, settings, and apps. He declined payment for his time and expertise, so the least I can do is express my gratitude for his excellent service by sending a shout-out into the ether for Ravi, the lifesaver!

Where do I start… the staff at this wireless wave are the most efficient and helpful group of people. I walked in got my phone and with ease had all my questions answered. I’m so happy that I made the choice to walk in to this store as where I was coming from was a place of no help and no help.
