Dan was very accommodating and helpful right from the start. This was a new experience for both my mother and I, finding her a place while she was out of country and I was out of province. Dan really listened and took into account all her requests in what her perfect home would be. He was able to meet with the both of us virtually and show us houses that way, going slower and being very descriptive while walking us through.
