Dr. Derek Yim

I went in for an appointment and he was the worst. When he was explaining to me the procedure I felt like he was a robot. We is insincere and doesn't care about you as a person he just wants business. There was a really nice nurse that made me feel welcome and the lady at the desk. But everyone else is the same

The guy knows his stuff. I would recommend.

Dr. Yim did a great job! He worked efficiently and I didn't feel a thing :)

I went there for a tooth extraction today. I asked to get frozen and laughing gas, not to get put out. He did not wait for the freezing to start working and they didnt turn on the laughing until he proceedure started, so i didnt even feel the effects of it until the proceedure was over. I went in at 10:40, got the freezing at 10:45 and i was done and in the recovery room by 11am. They did not give the freezing enough time to kick in and as a result i felt the whole thing, even tho i told the doctor i could feel pain the whole time, he kept going. I was screaming in the chair and he just kept going telling me its pressure not pain. I would never go back there. Nothing was explained to me as far as policies for laughing gas. This experience was terrible.

I had one of my wisdom teeth removed, and was EXTREMELY nervous about the surgery. Dr. Yim & his staff made me feel so comfortable about the experience. I had a minor worry the day after the surgery, so they had me back into the office that day to check everything out. By far one of the kindest office staff & Doctors I have dealt with in my life! I would highly recommend Dr. Yim to anyone.

Dr Yim and his team were very professional, friendly and resourceful. Being older than the typical person who has their wisdom teeth removed I was nervous about how I would cope with the side effects. Everyone was pleasant and reassuring. Today is day one post surgery and I am not bruised or swollen, no active bleeding at this time and minor soreness to my bottom wounds as they were impacted, no tenderness to the top (uncomplicated extraction). Dr Yim was even kind enough to call me personally and check in. Very very happy with how my experience was and would definitely recommend him to everyone.

Three of my children had their wisdom teeth removed by Dr Derek Yim. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable the appointments were done in a timely manner.My father had his teeth removed in preparation for dentures and the experience was the same with Dr Yim.The staff is also very friendly and helpful and I felt confident in their abilities.
