Started with the washing machine wasn't working, then half our taps weren't running and the water that was working was brown in colour.Called early in the morning and Mike came by in just under an hour and knew exactly what the issue was and unclogged the pipes and fix the issue. He also fixed a leaky pipe underneath one of our sinks. He also pointed out one of our toilets look like it wasn't installed correctly (we've only moved into this house a year ago) so we'll be setting up another visit with him next week so he can fix that up as well.Very fair pricing, professional work, and explained in detail what caused our issue and what needed to be fixed. I have excellent experience to get helped by Cirton in Aurora. The water in my kitchen sink running slowly because of greases. They saved my life. The gentleman who picks up the phone ( I assumed his is the boss or one of the boss in Cirton) is very straightforward, cool and knowledgeable. Price is very reasonable and very competitive in the market. His employee comes on time with excellent skills in their expertise and provide excellent customer service experiences. My shower faucet decided to stop working on a Sunday afternoon! Water was gushing out from the tap and couldn't be turned off. I called several places and they either went to voicemail or said they couldn't come.. Mike answered the phone and said they could come the next day, and as he probably heard the panic in my voice, he promised he would make us the first stop of the day. He kept his promise and someone was here at 9 in the morning! :) The plumber he sent was very nice and helpful, he fixed the problem and did all the checks thoroughly when I pointed out my worries. The fix was done quickly and he even answered some other plumbing questions that I had. I really appreciate Mike and his team for being so responsive and helpful!! You saved us from a possible disaster! Thank you again! :)

i was amazed of how efficient mike was changing the main shut off while the city shut off was still flowing in the off postion...he had great confidence and magically resolved the problem...it could have been a nightmare...friendly, knowledgeable, and very reasonable cost...i absolutely recommend cirton plumbing and will choose them for all my future plumbing needs.thanks for saving us!

Cirton Plumbing helped solder my kitchen tap with new shut-offs.Within 30 min of calling them they were there and the job was done within half an hour. We needed it done soon to prepare for dinner and guests and get the kitchen sink running with a new faucet. Done. Thanks!

We had our water turn a yellow brown colour and we weren’t sure what the problem was. I called Mike at 10pm. He picked up the call, and within a few mins of explaining the problem, he knew the issue. He told us exactly what to do to fix the problem until he was able to come to the house. He came over, fixed the problem (a failed water softener), checked all faucets and toilets to make sure they were working and the issue was solved at the end of his visit. He was also very fair with the cost of his service. I would use his services again and recommend him to others. Thanks Mike for all of your help!

I have had the benefit of Mike Cirone's services and Cirton Plumbing and Drains Ltd. for the last 3 years and have been extremely pleased everytime. I have called upon him several times and he has never failed to impress. Last Spring his team repaired a burst pipe in the back from winter freezing. Just last night my sewer backed up from tree roots. I texted Mike after 9 PM and he replied right away. His crew was onsite this morning and had the sewer line cleared within the hour. His team then cleaned my kitchen drain from grease build up. Mike has always been very responsive, friendly, open, honest and affordable. I would fully recommend him for any plumbing related issues. Mike was able to find a leak that was in my house that no one else could. He did an amazing job of measuring and finding out where the leak came from. It had been leaking for years an no one else could find the problem. It only occurred when it rained and the wind was blowing from a certain direction. Mike found a pipe in ceiling of a wall that should not have been there and the cap leaked. He also found the leak with minimal cutting of the dry wall. A fantastic job!!! I totally recommend Mike and his team!
