Don’t go here! Awful customer service! So much for down east hospitality. Had to cancel our room with over 24 hours in advance because our son had a medical emergency and they wouldn’t even consider giving us a refund. I know cancellation policies exist for a reason but sometimes being a decent human being matters more.

My partner and I stayed at the Parkland Village Inn recently and what a great experience. It was my first time in Alma ( Fundy area) the accommodations were an excellent value. The property shows the pride of ownership, and having briefly met the owner's they are indeed nice and welcoming individual's. I believe that they have owned the property for approximately 20 years. Our room was absolutely spotlessly clean. I have stayed at many top of the line Hotel's that could take a lesson in cleaning from this staff. The Parkland Village Inn restaurant had an amazing seafood menu with generous portions, deliciously prepared. I just can't say enough about how pleased we were with this Hotel. We will definitely be back, and I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a terrific stay at a reasonable price. Well done folks!!!

We only stayed one night. Our room was clean and spacious. The Owner was very friendly. The only sad part was the breakfast which was not included. We walked around the breakfast buffet and it looked horrible, rubbery looking eggs, scraps remaining so we decided to go elsewhere. Central location to National Parks.

Really nice spot in Alma. Bit dated but keep in mind it's very seasonal and I would expect it relies heavily on the neighboring Fundy National Park for business. We got the king size ocean view room with balcony. Excellent view of the dock directly in front of us and the open bay. Room was clean and everyone was super friendly, making us feel welcome. Small note is that there is a pressure balance problem in the shower where the water suddenly goes very hot or very cold, so be prepared. Tub is a jacuzzi but that doesn't work, but they don't advertise that it does, so it's a tub with shower. An awning over the balcony would have come in handy with the rain but it was nice to have either way. Having said that, we would stay there again for sure!

The staff was extremely busy but Natalia at the front desk made sure that we had all the information we needed for our room. We booked the last one available and it was very clean! Nice view of main street for people watching. They had a 30 minute wait time for the restaurant, but I'm sure she called us earlier than that in our room and made sure she got us a good table by the window. At that point Johanna took over as our server and she was also lovely! Made excellent drink recommendations and made sure we had everything we needed for our meal. We've only been here less than 2 hours, but I'm sure that we wouldn't hesitate to stay again! Excellent staff!!!!

There were a bunch of “minor” issues that taken together, mean a not great experience: 1) the wifi sucks. We were trying to use it to plan our next day at Fundy and it was so slow it was unuseable. 2) the sink drain in the bathroom was plugged so it took forever to drain. 3) the front window wouldn’t stay open which meant no breeze making it incredibly warm in the room all night. 4) check in was super slow and there was no parking on site. Had to park up the street and move my car later in the evening after the restaurant had closed. Not ideal when unloading with a small child.Location is good but for $200 a night, we were not impressed.

Disrespectful owner. Very thin walls and ceilings, very noisy street 10 feet from your room. Smelly rooms and uncomfortable beds. Too pricey for the cheap quality. Has no air conditioning.

The inn is right new to the dock that the fishing boats are docked so you always have a great view to enjoy while eating your meal. The chef is an artist and creates the greatest meals and you will not leave feeling hungry. The owners and staff really make you feel like part of their family and are quite knowledgeable about places to visit while you are here. The rooms are spacious and very clean and comfortable. All in all a wonderful vacation spot. I hope to be back soon.
