Ostin’s Restaurant
Our waitress was great. Very timely stops at our table and we were well taken care of. It wasn't very busy, so not sure how that could be affected.Food was mediocre. I had the Pesto Alfredo. Noodles were well cooked but the chicken seemed low quality.Nice ambiance and seemed very clean.

We stopped in for dinner here out of convenience since it’s attached to our hotel. They get a 5 star just based off our waitress alone. She was outstanding! I didn’t get her name but she was younger & had glasses. Absolutely loved her.As for the food, it was all great & didn’t take long at all. I went with the charcuterie for two & loved so much. I literally said to my husband after I ordered that I wished charcuterie came with a boiled egg on them & didn’t this come out with one!! It was such a great portion with so many options. I think I’ll say it’s one of the top three charcuteries I’ve ever had from a restaurant that’s actually been worth the cost.We shared a spinach dip & I love how it came with pita & chips. It was so creamy & delicious. Definitely recommend.My husband had the smash burger & had nothing but great things to say. Very happy with everything!

I found the food - specifically the pizza to be lacklustre and was uncomfortable with this mediocre restaurant having $40 price tags on their entrees. How is this reasonable? If the food quality and dining atmosphere was better it would be okay. Service was attentive and good

We went as a group. The food quality was high and the service was great. Their portion size was pretty decent as well. My only recommendation is to dial up the flavours a bit stronger.

We were planning to go to the Keg, but didn't have enough time and chose the nearest restaurant to our hotel and I'm glad we did.Ostin's exceeded my expectations on service and quality. I had a perfectly cooked, char-broiled New York strip loin, and they graciously accommodated my food sensitivities and requests.Taylor was an impeccable, genuine server, and I would certainly return and encourage you to try out this mid- priced restaurant. You will not be disappointed.

Had a breakfast voucher from my stay at the Holiday Inn. The server didn’t seem impressed and was not friendly. My daughter had some food allergies and the server refused to answer our questions about ingredients or food preparation. She also refused to ask the kitchen and was not helpful in anyway. We were informed none of their food had ingredients and all of the food is prepared together so all contaminated. Not hepatitis all.

Funeral lunch staff were amazing. i asked for a drink not well known on the menu, and the bartender brought it just to ask how i found it. Food amazing. Made our family feel welcomed

I had brunch here with a large group who had booked a big room, this was my first visit here.I really enjoyed the brunch buffet food options as I'm not a big fan of eggs, cereals and other typical breakfast items. They had a great variety, from smoked salmon to shrimp to pancakes to meats.I scored it low on the atmosphere and service options as there was a male staff member who was very harsh to other employees on two instances while I was in the food item room. I would highly recommend there be some humility training done within the team as the staff who were in receipt of the harsh words must have been affected. You need to value your team and employees and if you are a supervisor, you should coach your team members, not berate them.If the owner is responding to my review, I will be happy to privately share the details of what I witnessed, and I can even make some recommendations to rectify.

So good, warmly welcomed. Had the best parm fries we ever had. Then we tried the Nashville chicken pizza. We were skeptical as it had pickles, mayonnaise and lettuce. When our waiter told us it was his favorite we had to give it a go. So glad we did it was delicious. Everything was hot, service was good. Wil definitely be back.

Great food, friendly service, great selection of food. Ordering drinks took a little longer than expected. That was not the server's fault.
