Only needed two stepping stones and had phoned ahead to see if they had any. Very helpful staff member found them on their computer systrm. Price was very reasonable and the two stepping stones look good in our garden.

I visited this store. An employee named Raman Kang was awesome I bought some rocks… And also estimates on driveways.. she went all above to help me… n yard was well managed. I liked the store environment.

I went to the store with my wife for some pavers for our driveway. The store was neat and clean. The girls at front helped us in a great way as we had no idea of pavers. They explained everything first and then booked our pavers. Being first time there with no idea what we want but overall had a great experience. Strongly recommended store in town.

Been a customer at the Surrey location for years. I own a small pickup and purchasing 1/4 yards has never been a problem. Suddenly it's either a 1/2 yard or 5 gal. pail. Customer service was rude and condescending. Is it so difficult to est. a 1/4 yard or to paint or weld a measure line on the bucket for yard operators? SITEONE HAS LOST MY BUSINESS.

I've bought alot small Allan blocks from here over the years. After buying the wrong size blocks over the weekend and upon returning them I was notified that there is a 25 PERCENT restocking fee. This is new and I will find somewhere else to purchase. Home Depot sells some of the same blocks at competitive prices and full returns. I'm disappointed.

Covid-19 rules NOT being followed. Only 4 customers allowed in the payment office at a time. 7 were in line. The clerk had no idea and didn't say anything. This is not an organized place. No one to check when you arrive. You're on your own.

Very rude staff and very poor customer service. When the clock strikes 4:30, staff kicks the persons in line out of their office so that they can lock it. She won’t even answer a question when it’s about 5o’click as she can’t hear when it’s five o’clock.( Exact wording what she used). The other person wanted the customers to be out of the office quickly so that he can lock the door. Never ever received such poor service.

Great service i went there to grab supplies on Saturday and the customer service was so good the front desk girls are ready good at there work as they helped me with the best material which matched my requirements and also i was happy making the deal with these guys i would highly suggest people to go once and give it a try if you haven’t.
