Went there for a simple skate sharpening. My skate is new. Only 3rd sharpening (never sharpened at this store) and they managed to screw with the blade by sharpening an angle into the front of the blade. Didn't realize it until I checked my skate when I went to play.

Heard they had a new sharpening system for skates similar to the best place in the west island Performaxx but unfortunately they are horrible at doing skates. After they passed them in the machine and handed them to me I said, that they were still dull and he simply responded I put them in the machine so they are sharp. Very unprofessional will not return.

I've been a 30 years plus customer at Sport Gilbert Rousseau, even do ownership did change over the years they continue to serve customers that are looking for only hockey equipment and with a lot of choices from beginner to pro . Thomas was able to give my son a excellent experience today at the store and my son does have the right sizing and will be well equipped . Thank you very much guys and have a great season .

Brought in two pairs of skies for a tune up and sharpening. Asked if I could get them for the next day. They delivered as promised and did an excellent job. Very happy. Good customer service.

The service is incredible. The staff is really well informed and properly trained.. The inventory not so good.. Everytime I have been had to call another Rousseau to order.Yet staff was willing to help and get what I wanted.. The biggest thing that bugs me is there shooting gallery too small someone will get hurt... Couldn't try the 2 sticks I bought properly.. Must close the shooting gallery..or put proper meshing all around... It's dangerous..
