One of the few real" nice buildings left in the city along with the staff I've encountered. I just visit here and every time I'm amazed how clean the whole building is always kept and how nice everyone is who works there. I always tell my friend they scored big time with this building. Great location too

The building is clean, safe and well maintained. The staff is very friendly, helpful and professional. The superintendents at Richview are great! They're always taking care of the building and tenants needs.

1. They wouldn’t clean walkways from snow. If you have a walker, stroller or a wheelchair- stay away. They put cones and sandbags. Uncleaned walkway is supposed to connect Eglinton crossing bridge.2. Playground “closed” for couple of years bacause it’s “damaged”. They wouldn’t bother fixing or replacing it.3. During balcony railings replacement some doors haven’t been locked. Management brushed off this complaint stating that it is not possible. They wouldn’t admit their fault.These are just a few things.

These apartments are so spacious, the layout of the apartments are brilliant and the buildings are super clean. There's an awesome gym and a pool in 1A which is a great benefit to the tenants. You don't have to go outside to get to the pool if you live in the B building so it's perfect for winter swims :)The landscape in the summer is inviting and they really pay attention to detail. Ample parking makes visiting hassle-free compared to some other buildings.The upgraded, modern-like entrances make the buildings feel inviting and upscale". The tenants are super friendly and make the Richview community what it is.The best thing by far about these buildings

Best building I've lived at in the GTA. Very well maintained, the superintendent always fixed any issue I had in the unit sooner than expected. Welp priced, very spacious units, friendly staff, and a lovely view!

Super modern buildings. They use fobs to enter and has beautiful fireplaces and TVs in the lobbies, very up to date all around. Huge units. Everyone in management was very helpful and following proper covid procedures which was comforting. 5 stars

After nearly a decade in this building, one thing is for sure - the on site team is extremely good at what they do. Very professional, courteous and always willing to go the extra mile no matter what.Specifically the superintendents are dedicated to making sure this building is one of the best ran places in Toronto, and it's very clear from the minute you walk in the door.Their jobs are not easy so full respect to the entire 1 Richview team - from dealing with older building headaches to some absolutely nasty tenants it takes very kind hearted and strong person(s) to deal with these things every day and night. These are the REAL front line workers making sure you have a nice place to live in any way they can. KUDOS!

Worst property company ever. They refuse almost any safety concern, no proper maintenance and unprofessional building staff who always lie to tenants. Windows are 20+ years old causing drafts during winter time.For avg. 2000+$ rent price...don’t even bother looking into this building.

We have been happy tenants for more than 12 years. Occasionally a bad day is expected and normal in any relationship, but our management and superintendents commiunicate and care. Our superintendents are Super"! The building is in a great location with easy access to the Pearson Airport

Very well maintained building and lots of amenities nearby. Extremely helpful and competent superintendents take care of the facilities. All recent upgrades makes it more like a condominium - definitely a gem in this neighbourhood.
