I am very very upset with how I have been treated by one of the receptionist in walk in clinic side of this business. The person was very rude with just an unwelcoming attitude. The person set my appointment over the phone for todayApril 27at12:30 pm as I arrive at 12:00 noon I am said that my appointment was set for 11:20am. And as I was just reminding the receptionist cuts me off and announced my personal information while the office was full of people I do not know. It is unprofessional and this is and has been an issue for me since I have been using this clinic as my main medical office.

Absolutely no value to the patients time, the receptionist is very rude and dismissive. I find it beyond difficult to make an appointment with them, it's always an hour wait time even If you make an appointment and it seems the doctor is always leaving early.I would strongly recommend not to come to this clinic, it has seriously went down hill since they moved locations and it's really too bad!** Extra note, after recently seeing the doctor and the environment of the clinic during the COVID 19 pandemic. I strongly do not believe the area is cleaned enough especially with the large amounts of homeless and drug addicts. Staff did not take it kindly when I respectfully asked to please have anything to sanitize my chair. ***Over all, see it for yourself if you dont believe me!

I have been coming to the pharmacy for almost ten years. The pharmacist have caught on many occasion conflicting medication (prescribed by a GM) and prevented any adverse effects. Prescriptions filled in a timely manner and never any mistakes, willing to transfer files in emergencies. Friendly and caring staff. I will never go any where else! 11 out of 10!

One of the most unprofessional Dr offices I have ever EVER seen. Here's an actual list why..1. The front desk nurse had a massive attitude problem and not even at me I was waiting for my girlfriend to finish up and the amount of attitude the front desk lady put out to people coming in and people over the phone I would have let her go right then and there...2. Disorganized and no communication! It's a long story but basically takes these guys Twice the time to get anything done 2x as long as anywhere else I been to.3. Freezing cold in the rooms and the front area like to the point you have warm up your hands and feet because they go numb...4. Last but not least the Dr. has started virtual appointments....I'm sorry but if I come to the Dr I want one to actually see me what a joke ....Litterally worse experience ever!

I called to book an appointment but our family doctor was fully booked. Fortunately, the receptionist told me that I could come as a walk-in patient. After checked in, I just had to wait for about 5 mins to see the doctor. The staff was friendly and very professional. Highly recommended.

Front desk staff is rude and unprofessional. No greetings, cuts you off, and not helpful. Very unwelcoming environment, would not recommend.
