I went to this jewler yesterday with the intention of looking for an upgraded wedding set with my husband to celebrate the birth of our daughter. Was served by an elderly woman who was not keen on showing us pieces because we are a young couple. Showed us only the smallest rings, when asked if she had anything bigger as I'm planning to purchase my dream ring instead of asking out budget which is 6-8k she commented sayingyou know you're going to pay right". Completely not needed and degrading. We ended the interaction with saying everything was not to our liking went over to decoste and found an amazing with at an amazing price with FANTASTIC service

He replaced my wedding ring diamond, exactly as I explained. It is perfect. Very happy! And a very reasonable price and done in less than a week. Thank you!

I had an unbelievably traumatizing and disappointing experience. I had a bracelet fixed and one month and half later, the first time I wore the bracelet the stone feel out. When I contacted the owner he basically said that he would not do anything to regulate the issue. In fact he was rude and obnoxious, . NO POST SALE CUSTOMER SERVICE WHATSOEVER.

Je suis allé a leur commerce en leur demandant 2 projets très difficile qui consiste en une combinaison de lettre et de pierres sur de petites bagues et avec un budget très limité. Le commerçant a accepté ce projet et il a livré les bagues en 48h comme promis.

J’ai donné 158.5 grammes d’or en échange qu’il (le propriétaire de Carré D’or) me trouve une chaine Cuban link 26 pouce de long et 15mm de large. Il ma dit avant noel d’attendre jusqu’à fin janvier. J’ai attendu rendu fin janvier et la il a commencer a me faire des promesse a chaque semaine que la semaine d’après il allait avoir la chaine pour moi ou il allait me remettre mon argent pour mon or (car mon or a disparue il ne la plus) 8 semaine plus tard il veux m’obliger a accepter qu’il me donne une chaine de 13mm. J’ai refusé et demander mon argent (4200$) mais il ma tournée le dos et voulais je parte de son magasin. Jai donc appeler la police et je vais devoir le traîner en court pour ravoir mon argent.

Very nice and professional repair service at a very good price. Dropped off my 3 gold rings to get them to fit to my finger size. Mister took the time to take measurements for each one was very polite and gave me an awesome price. Thank you
