Best place in area for looking after our precious baby.She always comes out looking perfect, they cut her exactly as we ask. The staff are amazing with her and look after her while there. They never take long usually all done in around 90 mins which prevents Lottie getting stressed. Will never change groomer’s

I took our very shaggy miniature schnauzer in for her first proper groom (6 month), she’s a typical puppy live wire but Hannah and her team did an amazing job. She came out looking amazing and smelling wonderful.I can’t recommend The Dog Spa enough, and the fact there is a superb dog friendly coffee shop next door is a massive bonus.

Visited on 17/6/23 with my girlfriend & her dog Lola" to get her teeth ultrasonically cleaned.Upon entry there was confusion whereby it transpired we were 4 weeks early arriving on the 17th June not the 15th July as we had booked. The owner immediately sought to remedy this and saw there was window of availability an hour later. We duly visited The Dog Cafe next door and relaxed awaiting our new booking.The Spa itself is cleanly presented with transparency with the dogs being in full view. The shop is populated with all manner of canine bric-a-brac: leads

The Dog Spa staff have always been excellent with our Bailey!! He comes in monthly for a soak and always comes out smelling and looking lovely. Bailey the frenchie always looks forward to his visits! Booking an appointment is simple and easy and is good value for money.

First time visit to The dog spa for my 6year old cockapoo Betsy to have ultrasonic teeth cleaning today. Having already had her teeth scaled etc twice at the vets( which involved anaesthetic) I thought I'd try alternative cleaning. Her teeth look amazing, well done Dog Spa. I'm so happy, this will be my go to place in the future. Highly recommend.

I can not recommend this groomers enough, they have been amazing with all 3 of my dogs, but especially good with my 5 month old very excitable cocker spaniel puppy. Amazing service at a reasonable price.

Giving a star for price and a star for availability but cannot give any more. Been twice and both times my dog looked like his groom wasn’t complete (I went a 2nd time in case it was an off day). The recent visit was the worst. Looked so choppy. He looked better before the groom. I don’t know if it’s because they’re trying to tend to many dogs at once or have a bunch of beginner groomers but cannot recommend this place at all nor will I ever take my dog back.

5************** treatment. We would like to send a big thank you to Hannah & staff for looking after our Loki today.You see we have only had him since 23rd Feb 2021 & this was the first time we had left him with someone else. Every time he goes out he bark at anyone & everything he sees but today while he was at The Dog Spa he was as good as gold. Hannah said he was a good boy when other dogs came in.He looks & smells gorgeous.They have done him proud & us. I would recommended The Dog Spa to everyone who has a 4 legged family member.So once again Thank You to you all for everything you have done today. Sharon, Mark & Loki xx
