Keep your hard earned money. Been dealing with Lally for years (6 cars in a few years) just to be treated so poorly by your salesman. They do not go to bat for you, they do not go above and beyond- they really don’t do the bare minimum. Ex. Cars are their other lots are too hard to get ahold of, deals sent in the flyers are ‘hard’ to find, constantly trying to get you tied into leases etc. Take your business somewhere it’s appreciated.

Working with Don was great! Felt like I’ve known him forever! Really helped me out, this location truly makes you feel like family! Bought a 2019 Chev Silverado! Thanks again!

Had an incident in front of the dealership with a blown tire. I limped into the service department and was greeted by Rita Rivard. Rita was quick to get her team together and found time to help me right away. Rita was very professional and pleasant to deal with. My appreciation extend to the tech who serviced my car, Eric McCracken. Eric had to deal with many obstacles in the truck to get to the spare and mount. Very much appreciated the effort! Thank you all at Lally for your quick response and top rate customer service!

Ron went out of his way to ensure we were satisfied and couldn't be happier. The complete opposite of the treatment I received from Performance Ford back in July.

Wonderful friendly service and great inventory. I met with Pat McRae and he did everything it took to get a great deal, he was very knowledgeable, helpful and the rest of the staff at Lally Ford were very helpful and welcoming as well. Around noon on Friday, July 7, 2023 I discovered the battery on my 2016 Lincoln was needing replacement. I went to Lally Ford in Tilbury on the faint hope that I might be fortunate enough to get it replaced at that late hour with no appointment. Rita was very pleasant and professional and informed me that it could be done. 45 minutes later I left with a new battery AND a free car wash. Excellent service Lally Ford.

I am extremely disappointed with my used vehicle I purchased from Lally Ford! I have had a Ford Expedition in the past and absolutely loved it, over 360,000km and it never gave me much of a problem. Well, my 2017 Expedition is nothing but a lemon!!! All I wanted was a reliable vehicle and nice car mats!! This Expedition (which I haven't even finish paying for) costs me money, it seems every time I turn around - power steps-broken, heated seats, both front ones- no longer working, and today I get to pay over $1000 because both my driver's window and passenger windows are no longer operational. Just waiting for the next big expense. You cannot tell me that the dealership did not know that this vehicle was a lemon! And in reading some of the reviews about pre-owned vehicles, Im not the only one that bought one with a multitude of problems. I guess shame on me for being too trusting in this Ford dealership and for not investigating more before purchasing a vehicle from Lally Ford Dealership!! Trust me it will never happen again and I will be sure to spread the word!!! Susan

I visited this location the last time I was in the market for a new vehicle and was shocked at the remarkably poor service. I was approached by a salesman who was right out of a Lampoon's film, the epitome of a used car salesman, he had it all except the checkered leisure suit lol. I asked him 2 or 3 questions, none of which he was able to answer. I am almost positive his name was Blaine". Anyway to make a long story short

Bought a used car here recently. Had issues, granted it's a 2013. The used car manager Scott and the service advisor Rita was great to deal with. Always on top of things, and there to make the customers happy. Would buy from here again.
