Delicious food.However, $20 for a burger meal seems too pricey for fast food.Tight seating area. Staff were very friendly.

One of the best burgers in Vancouver, I think it's great. I would definitely recommend the beef burgers. The curly fries are tasty. Buffalo wings are amazing.

This place holds a special place in my heart being the first restaurant I took my partner to back in the day!This time, I had visited and the food was bomb. So good!!!! Despite being served the wrong flavour milkshake, the food was certainly worth it as a treat! The issue I had was after the food being ready, two staff members brought the food over. One was great, the other, a young-ish staff member tossed the straw for the milkshake on the table. I don't ask for much, but at least have decency to treat guests neutrally. Doesn't have to be all smiles and sunshine, but please don't be ungrateful or not thankful for guests. I have worked in the retail field for a few years, but I always treat customers with respect and strive to make everyday great for them. Sadly, this was not what I had experienced dining in.All in all, the service aspect has room for improvement, and I hope the next time I visit, there will be a more pleasant experience!

Like what some reviewer had said, the beef patty has no bad smell or left any strong after taste. That is already a big difference from many other fast food outlets. I like how they freshly cooked everything including the fries to the order.

Even though I customized a lot my order, they prepared it perfectly. The lettuce wrap was well wrapped. However, the patty overcooked and tasted so dry.

Update March 20,23 Still no response from the owner. The speaks volumes. Please don't go support a business owner that doesn't care that a customer got sick from their food.UPDATE:The owner asked me to forward the details of my visit with date, time, my contact info so they could contact me directly. I did it right away as requested. The owner has not contacted me back, no further contact. Obviously this indicates the owner doesn't care. The two of us that had beef burgers got sick a couple hours later, like food poisoning sick. The person that ate chicken was fine. The owner doesn't care. They didn't even have the decency to contact me back after I followed through with the request for information. DON'T GO HERE!Original review:I've been to a different location Fatburger, Langley, waaay better.Here, there was no smile from the order person. Got slightly annoyed for me saying what I wanted ON my burger rather than saying what I didn't want from the toppings list.Communication between the order person and kitchen was minimal instead of the Fatburger way" where they yell the orders back and forth and communicate with fun ... it's part of the experience! That experience was definitely missing.It seemed not really clean in the store

Raw meat; imagine naming your restaurant fatburger" and then not knowing how to cook a burger and serving raw ground beef. We ain't even talkin no medium rare here. One of the easiest things to cook on the planet

Meh. I expected better for a place called Fatburger. The bun was dry and falling apart. Service was ok but nothing special. Not a fan of their relish.

The food is very good! The restaurant is small, maybe 25 seats but they have an outdoor patio with 5-6 more small tables. The food takes maybe 10 minutes to prepare, so it's not fast food. But the taste is excellent. The burgers are very big. The fries were very hot and crispy. One of the better burgers in town.

Really friendly and patient servers. Music was 80s pop and was a little loud. Burger was good, tasted like real beef with texture. Toppings were good. Bun was ok.
