I had very good experience with new Staples in St. Catharines, especially with Courtney and her colleague (a man with dark hair).They were friendly and helped me a lot today. Thank you!

The staff in the copy centre are awesome. The rest of the team treats the customers like we're interrupting their social time. They are often standing around chatting and do not take time to answer questions.

Bought a 2 pack of printer ink containing colour and a black ink. At the time of purchase we only needed a colored ink but bought the 2 pack since we figured we would get the black for the near future when we would run out. We ran out of the black and when the new black was opened and installed it would not work. I kept the wrapper to the ink cartridge, the cardboard that comes in the wrapper with the cartridge as well as the main box that the 2 ink cartridges had come in. I did not have the receipt as we ASSUMED the colored one worked so the black ink would too. When I tried to exchange the ink for one that works the manager came up and rudely said...what do you want me to do? Without paperwork I can't do anything? I said well who keeps all the receipts when you expect that the black ink would work if the colored did? He snapped...EVERYONE!No, not when you expect a product to work properly!What a rude manager!Hard would it have been to just exchange it for an ink that actually works! Won't be back !

Lovely store. Lovely girl at cash. Nowadays it’s difficult to get some help from young people but Alice was a great help to me and husband, the sales associate was busy so she helped us find the right ink.

I went I to buy a computer for small business and Rob took the time to actually treat me like a person rather a number like the big blue box store I have dealt with before. He knew exactly what I needed and got me a great deal on a wonderful computer and bag too. Would totally recommend this store to everyone. They even had my computer ready to go the same day, can't ask for better service than that. Thanks so much Rob and team for everything.Mike

Waited for 5 minutes at the shipping desk for an employee to acknowledge me, despite a few employees walking right past. When someone finally did, they were on the phone with another customer and just grabbed the package and gave a receipt. Maybe have someone at the desk at all times or train the staff to be more attentive to customers.

I visited Staples in St. Catharines and not only was I impressed with their new store, I was equally impressed by the staff. In this day and age, it’s a pleasure to see and be greeted by friendly staff. My main purpose for my visit was to use the photo printing service and I was very fortunate to have had Steisha help me with the process. I’m not that technically savvy but Steisha walked me through it and made it so easy! Her kindness and patience were greatly appreciated!

I came in today having a bad morning, in a rush and annoyed that the self-serve kiosk wasn't recognizing my file type.I asked Misty Ann at the print desk for assistance and she completely turned my day around.Thank you!!!! Will definitely come see you for any printing needs in the future.

Can’t ask for better service from any of the staff specifically “ROB” with his pleasant smile, his great knowledge and great customer service. I am always pleased to meet him and get my work done by him and the rest of staff are as great as him. Well done.
