Complete rip-off! Issue not resolved after payment. Unprofessional and inexperienced. They will say they can fix it even if they don’t have a clue what to do. Do yourself a favor and avoid these guys.

This place is a rip-off. I read the one existing review about how fast and efficient they are and had a super low price and I trusted it enough to call these people. In the end a simple repair that took under an hour cost me $1200. The breakdown was $75 for a service call, $375.- for a door balance, (whatever that is), $485.- for a new track (a simple 6 ft of U-channel that simply fits over the existing track) and $125. for installation - plus tax. The tech even refused to show me the invoice details before he got my signature on the work order after it was done. I would recommend definitely avoiding this place - unless you can get them to give you a price up front.
