Without naming anyone as my intent is not to impact any specific employee's reputation but I am sure the employee who I am referring to will know when they read my review, I wanted to mention that I spoke to an employee to get details on membership but they were rude and not willing to understand my perspective. I wanted to find out if it is worth it for my brokerage to join as I could only join when they my Brokerage joins but if it does not make financial sense for me to join because of the fee structure, there is no point in me persuading my brokerage to join and I could join Trebb. The person was not willing to understand and kept on repeating the same thing that there is no point in her explaining to me what the fee structure is, she just told me that the fees to join is $121 per month for realtors. I asked her if it includes OREA and CREA fees and she was like there is no point in me discussing with you because you are not a member so basically, you do not wish to provide details to a prospect who is not a member and who wants to persuade their brokerage to join because they want to join. If you are a membership based organization, your first motive should be to be transparent and provide the information requested with humility not just shun people off because they are not members. I think staff should be trained on how to deal with prospects as more the members, more the revenue and more the growth.
