Will never return.This was the worst customer service experience of my life. One young guy working. Walk ins only. His only customer was in the chair, getting his hair cut. No problem, then he wants a beard trim. Ok no problem. 45 minutes later... he still getting his beard trimmed. Then, I kid you not, this guy takes his shirt off and they start shaving his back and chest. Then the customers friend comes in, skips the line, gets in the chair (3 people including myself waiting at this point) and the guy cutting hair tells everyone to leave as he is going to close up.I said This is unacceptable

I attend this establishment regularly. These barbers are great! Rarely are you kept waiting - they are proficient and skilled. They are also very entertaining hearing them chat while they work,

Bruno, Tony, and Lana are terrific stylists. They also make interesting conversation while working (if required). Bruno talks about professional cycling (something I love), Tony horse racing, and Lana always remembers the details of your last conversation with her. Their shop is my favourite stop in Dundas

I had an amazing experience getting a haircut and trim from this shop, now known as Walkers Barbershop btw. Had the pleasure of meeting Tony, Lana and Michael, who cut my hair. All of them were extremely friendly & warm, especially Tony who made me feel like i have been a customer there for years although it was my first time!Safe to say, after 5 years of tirelessly searching for a barbershop that can fit my needs, I can finally end that search. I showed Michael a couple of pictures of what i was looking for and he absolutely nailed it!! The haircut and straight razor line up was executed to perfection! Thank you once again Mike!I would 10/10 recommend everyone going to this spot, especially Mac students!
