Lavender Floral

Purchased flowers for my mom, as I am out of the province. The process was simple and the flowers look amazing!Thank you for the great service, I will be ordering again.

Sadly I’m posting this. But my daughter was getting a very special flower arrangement sent to her it was to be a surprise and heart felt from her boyfriend. But instead of this wonderful surprise they called the recipient and asked her if she would be home to get her flowers. So now no surprise and just waiting for a delivery like it’s Amazon. The reason I was told by the owner was because the delivery man will charge twice if no one is home. So it was completely self serving for the store and no regard for the customer. We live very close and also have a very shady porch if it had to be left out. Most people who have flowers sent know the person is home or other wise why would you send them. It’s such a disappointment as now as I said above it’s like waiting for a Amazon delivery nothing special no surprise. All she said is sorry nothing I can do about it now. Didn’t even sound disappointed for my daughter that they ruined this for her.

Lavender Floral have been an Innisfil staple for as long as I can remember ~ my bus passed their location every day when I was in high school. So when I was looking to have flowers delivered to my Mom, there wasn't a question of where to go. And it's no wonder how they've stayed in business all these years because... wow. A fresh arrangement (so pretty!) and A+ customer service. For the rest of that week all my Mom talked about was her beautiful bouquet and the lily that opened the morning after she received it (pictured). My Mom has been receiving cancer treatments for the last 7 years, and it takes so much out of her ~ Thank you Lavender Floral for helping me brighten her week with beauty!

I have ordered flowers from here multiple times and they are always fresh and well packaged. The price isn't the cheapest but you get what you pay for. I like to encourage small local shops and they definitely fit that bill.

Lavender flower boutique will be the only flower shop that I will stop by to buy arrangements, it a hidden gem in a small town that’s extremely convenient especially coming from the GTA and not having a flower shop near by this is a THE FLOWER SHOP… arrangement that I purchased lasted for over a week, flowers are fresh and they have variety, also they have beautiful house warming gifts, service is unbeatable; ladies are friendly and on point with fashion, respectful and knowledgeable
