Not happy with the service I got here. The girls have been quite rude and judgemental with which lotion I’ve been using. Also I spent almost $200 there and I’m not even close to being as dark as I wanted when purchasing 200 minutes.

I was in need of a new lash tech and decided to book with Kaitlyn and have been going back to her for months now. Her expertise is amazing and she always does exactly what I ask for every time and makes sure I am always comfortable during my appointment. Second time this week that I booked an appointment and was not able to get in. I even called to confirm my appointment for today drove there and it's closed. Why would you let people book appointments and then not be open. Common courtesy is to call your appointments and reschedule not make them drive over to the store to find out closed. Peoples time matter. This is just so disrespectful.

Today I had a horrible experience. First of all when I came for my appointment at 530pm, two people that were working didn't even greet me. I had to say first that I had an appointment. Then I went into Red light bed, and top fell on me. When I was done there was no response : how was your red light?" or "bye" or" good night"! Absolutely

We came to this place and booked on a $99 promo. when we had the 3hr service done they didn't honour the promo and charged us $140 for a classic set (which at the time we said was fine) not even an hour later the lashes were falling off in giant sections. the entire left corner of the lashes were missing and within two days all lashes were completely gone. we called. left a message. never heard anything back. horrible service!

I made an appointment for Wednesday (today) at 8pm through their online booking platform. I booked this appointment weeks in advance since my sister is getting married on Saturday. The doors were locked when I arrived, even though their online hours, booking platform, and “open” sign on the door says they close at 9pm. I even double checked the address on my confirmation email to ensure I had the right place. I received no phone call to inform me that they close earlier, so now I won’t be able to get a spray tan to even out my tan lines before the wedding…

I swear some of the happiest people work at Fabutan! I’ve been to quite a few in different cities and this has been true in every one of them. I am always welcomed when I arrive and thanked when I leave. So simple but it adds to being a nice break in my day when I come by. And I like that I can drop in on my schedule.
