Amazing service. They offer great advice and do an excellent grooming job. Highly recommend. They know how to do the correct Schnauzer groom and beard. Will go a little shorter in warmer months if desired.

For over a year now I have been driving 2 hours each way to have my dog groomed by Kim. She is the 4th groomer I’ve had for my doodle and she is a definite keeper. Always an exceptional cut, service, and most importantly my dog loves her! Kim is worth the drive to Barrie!

Our golden doodle Fletcher has a difficult coat and went through 3 groomers before we found Kim. We followed Kim from Unionville to Barrie when she went to Bark and Fitz. Fletcher is now over 15 yrs old snd has been groomed by Kim every 6-8 weeks since he turned 2! She tends to his senior issues and he absolutely loves and trusts her. She is the best!

The groomer called my dog rude. Who does that lol? He is a doodle he just has attitude okay, and a few other issues I will admit. (Eating rocks and the occasional fridge cord) joking...No but for real she was very unprofessional and do not recommend.

Dodgeball begins!! I tried to make an appointment here, but it took 4 days for her to reply to my first text. And then she proceeds to ask silly questions about my dog. It seems like this is part of her game plan is to delay. . It makes no sense. It finally took another two days of texting, before she finally said that she cannot cut a small dog for two months!!! 6 days later it took for this answer.Her replies make no sense. I'm glad she's busy, so ask her right out of the gate how long to book an appointment, and how much. This is when her dodgeball starts. It's hard to trust people with your animal, if she can't run her business properly.I will never go back.
