I've been to this location a couple of times over the last few years on our way to/from Sandy Beach - a great truck to stop in for a spell and a bite. Menu items are decent enough in taste and reasonably priced, but it's the owners that make this spot more than just your run of the mill food fry - friendly, family-oriented and very welcoming. Next time you're passing through Ennismore, pop in here and the general store next door - you won't be disappointed.

Their food is moldy. Their staff lick their fingers before putting it into the gravy to test it. Their buns have been re-frozen and re-thawed countless times. Their cheese is slimy. Their dogs and sausages are slimy. Their burgers aren't made fresh every day. Their fries are extremely inconsistent and sometimes moldy. This place is disgusting. Not to mention, all across the trucks, the menu changes according to who is working. Their specialty" items are bogus

The owner lady is so helpful and friendly. The specialty burgers are AWESOME and generously sized. Love the Fried Pickle Specialty Burger. Never tried that before and it's tasty. Just the right touch of sweet and sourness, along with the juicy patty it made one super burger. The poutine is a favorite among the kids. Portion is huge, a medium is enough for four people to share as a side dish.

The Pit Stop Fresh Cut Fries
I really wanted to enjoy this place but was so disappointed. It is VERY expensive for what you get! The fries were not awful but very dark, not overcooked but probably cooked in old oil. They were completely unseasoned and bland. The gravy was made by someone who can't possibly eat gravy. It looked like chocolate frosting and the texture was alien to say the least. I will not return.
