Second year with Steve. Two chimneys this time. Both occasions he has been able to solve problems with our stoves. This time his knowledge of this particular stove (and identifying the missing part!) has transformed our experience. Can't be many people who know more about stoves and flues, or that are happy to share their knowledge in such a friendly manner.
