I have been going to urban laser and Aesthetics for quite a while now. I have had multiple services with Cassidy, such as tattoo, removal tattoo, fading, and many, many chemical peels. She has always been fantastic, and has excellent service.

Highly recommend Urban Lasers! Cassidy is very knowledgeable and got me on a great skin care regime and always knows the best treatments for my skin. I also had laser hair removal here and had great results.

I’ve had extremely positive experiences with Urban Laser for tattoo removal. They use a Picosure laser (the gold standard for tattoo removal) and are one of the only places in the province with this technology. The prices are extremely competitive - getting three areas lasers here is significantly cheaper than what I used to pay in the UK for a single area using the same Picosure technology.Laser tattoo removal hurts, but Nicole and Cassidy go out of their way to make it hurt as little as possible, offering breaks, ice packs, info on numbing creams, etc.I can’t recommend it any higher. If you want to get a tattoo removed then Urban Laser is your place!

Can’t rave enough about the quality of service here. From the receptionist to the technician, they all made me feel welcome and comfortable. The technician was super up to date on all the latest treatment information and answered all my questions. Thank you Urban Lasers!

I just came back from my very first laser tattoo treatment here. Cassidy and Nicole were very clearly informitive about the whole process and awesomely friendly. The facility is really nice and the price is affordable also. The procedure was much quicker than I expected. Ive already reccomended one other friend here and I am definately returning here for treatment #2!
